Cancellation Policy

Please remember all invoice must be paid once they are received. Failure to pay invoice will result in cancellation of appointment and a temporary system block on booking future appointments. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. LATE FEE: Arriving more than 10 minutes late after scheduled appointment will result in cancellation or a $25 late fee at the artist's discretion depending on scheduling the day of your service.
